Sensory Evaluation of Foods Course

The School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition and the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Antioquia are pleased to offer a 30-hour course on Sensory Evaluation of Foods starting September 1 till October 6, 2012.

Course description 

The aim of the course is to provide students with training in basic sensory evaluation skills in order to ensure safe and high quality food production.

The Sensory Evaluation of Foods course is aimed at nutritionists, engineers, and those working in the food industry and related areas.
