 Sensory Evaluation of Foods Course The School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition and the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Antioquia are pleased to offer a 30-hour course on Sensory Evaluation of Foods starting September 1 till October 6, 2012.
