Texas A&M University-Texarkana's virus expert Dr. Benjamin Neuman addresses realities and myths about the coronavirus

Dr. Neuman is part of the international committee that named SARS-CoV-2, the virus behind the COVID-19 pandemic. He has studied coronaviruses for over 20 years and published more than 40 articles on the subject.

The event had the participation of UdeA researchers including Juan Esteban Jaramillo, Biology PhD, and Dr. Camilo Ramírez, UdeA Institute of Biology, as well as Mark Silby, PhD, Assistant Professor at UMass Dartmouth Biology Department. Neuman also answered several questions from those attending the talk.
