The group aims to generate knowledge on theoretical and practical problems related to artistic, cultural, communicative, political, educational, social, and spatial processes that have impacted the configuration and reconfiguration of regional development dynamics. Thus, the group seeks to identify, visualize, and communicate alternative solutions for problems and conflicts affecting the achievement of peace, equity, and social justice.

- Territorial peace and co-production of knowledge. It is a product of conjoint work with Grupo Estudios del Territorio (Territory Study Group) from INER (Institute of Regional Studies).
- Observatory for Rurality and Peace in pandemic and post-pandemic contexts.
- POLYPHONIES FOR RECONCILIATION: Educative arts and comunnication as a contribution to territorial peace in the Urabá and Atrato region, guaranteeing a proper incorporation of ethnic and gender approaches.

- Folksingers of life: bullerengue singing and maternal child care.
Main Research Results
- With the Vivencias y Narrativas (Experiences and Narratives) project, we explored how violent expressions of armed conflict affected some artistic and cultural creation processes in the region of Urabá, a topic that had not been studied thoroughly before.
- The Paz territorial y coproducción de conocimiento (Territorial peace and co-production of knowledge) project makes significant contributions to the conceptual and methodological development of a territorial approach to building peace.
