Strategic Focus
The objective of the Rule of Law and Justice research group at the University of Antioquia is to study and make critical contributions to Colombian procedural law based on different theoretical, practical, and fundamental rights developments, such as free access to the administration of justice, due process, and the right to evidence, generating and disseminating specialized knowledge with the purpose of contributing to improving the provision of justice services through the development of new legal concepts and the promotion of new practices. practical developments, and fundamental rights such as free access to the administration of justice, due process, and the right to evidence, generating and disseminating specialized knowledge with the aim of contributing to improving the provision of justice services through humane, inclusive, and high-quality legal assistance and judicial procedures along the following lines: Procedural Law and Justice, Law and Philosophy, and Public-Private.
