Please, make an appointment with the Office of International Relations for advice and support on the application process to international universities or hospitals.

Students who are interested in participating in an academic exchange must meet the criteria established by the School. In this section you will find all the requirements to apply for international mobility before the School Council. This process must be carried out at least four and up to six months in advance.

To start the process students must access the outgoing mobility application form by clicking here. Subsequently, they must fill in the form and attach the requested documents.

You must attach only one PDF with all the necessary documents. The maximum file size is 10mb.

After uploading the documentation and filling in the form, the Coordination checks that the application is completed. Then, the head of the program must authorize the application. Finally, the School Council must authorize it. Results will be sent by letter or e-mail to notify whether the mobility application has been accepted or not.

It should be noted that:

  1. Individual interviews are conducted in order to guide the process and define a viable exchange plan.
  2. Personalized technical support by the Coordination provides advice on agreements, requirements, training places, etc.
  3. Advice on visa procedures will be provided at Directorate of International Relations of Universidad de Antioquia at the Outreach building, office 705.
  4. Foreign universities handle different application dates for international students and they may request other relevant documents. For this reason, every person must make sure that registrations at foreign institution are opened during the call.
